Regulatory Notice To Providers

Informal/Voluntary networks are allowed under Texas HB 473 through December of 2010. These Rules include a requirement of Networks to notify participating providers. In order to comply with this Rule, Integrated Health Plan has created a web posting, and updated monthly, indentifying clients using the Integrated Health Plan.
